  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 1-3 business days.
  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or carrier-related issues).

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only. Please ensure that the products you order comply with your local laws and regulations.

Discreet Packaging

  • We respect your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents or MJ Seed Shop.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@mjseedshop.com or 330-990-3946 with your order details. While we will do our best to assist you, MJ Seed Shop is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • For damaged items, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
